Website privacy notice
How Trident Works handles information submitted through this website.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Information we collect
When you use the workflow assessment or contact paths, we may collect your name, work email, mobile number, company, selected workflow, optional business context, email and call/SMS consent records, source page, campaign parameters, browser user agent, and a one-way hash derived from network information for abuse prevention. When you use Pearl’s browser voice feature, we create a complete transcript for quality and safety review. We do not ask for protected health information, passwords, account credentials, or sensitive case data through the public website.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to requests, qualify and route inquiries, tell you when Clint plans to call, offer a callback-scheduling link, improve website and service performance, audit Pearl’s behavior, prevent abuse, maintain records of consent and opt-out, and comply with legal obligations. The initial automated text does not enroll you in promotional SMS nurture. We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Service providers
The website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure. Lead records and Pearl audit records are stored in a Trident-controlled Supabase project. Retell processes browser voice transcription with configured personal-information scrubbing. Twilio may process the mobile number and operational text when SMS is enabled. Analytics, scheduling, CRM, email, and other providers may process limited information under their own terms and the applicable Trident agreement.
Retention and security
Pearl’s complete browser-voice transcripts are configured for personal-information scrubbing and retained by Retell and Trident for up to 30 days for quality, safety, and behavior audit. Trident’s daily retention job then deletes the transcript and its linked audit record. We retain website lead information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and suppression preferences. No system is perfectly secure; Trident uses administrative and technical measures appropriate to the website workflow and limits browser access to server credentials.
Your choices
You may reply STOP to an automated text, use the contact form to ask to correct or delete website inquiry information, or use the unsubscribe path in an email. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or suppression purposes.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website, vendors, or practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
