CONTROL / 01
Human accountability
Consequential legal, clinical, financial, coverage, eligibility, employment, and policy decisions stay with authorized people unless a contract and control review explicitly says otherwise.
Trust center
Trident designs people, agents, systems, and handoffs around explicit accountability and evidence.
Operating principles
Controls are scoped to the actual engagement, systems, data classes, users, jurisdictions, and failure cost.
CONTROL / 01
Consequential legal, clinical, financial, coverage, eligibility, employment, and policy decisions stay with authorized people unless a contract and control review explicitly says otherwise.
CONTROL / 02
Workflows should use only the data required for the role. The public assessment form prohibits PHI, credentials, and sensitive case data.
CONTROL / 03
Permissions, systems, geographic access, and role boundaries are scoped per engagement. Least privilege and separation of duties are design goals, not blanket certification claims.
CONTROL / 04
Important sources, state changes, approvals, exceptions, and delivery attempts should be retained at the level appropriate to the workflow.
CONTROL / 05
Subprocessors, APIs, models, and hosting are selected and documented for the engagement. Data treatment depends on the contracted architecture.
CONTROL / 06
Acceptance tests, recipient scope, rollback, monitoring, and escalation are reviewed before customer-facing or consequential workflows expand.
Important boundary
Trident can design and operate controls, participate in customer security and vendor review, and document the contracted environment. This page does not represent that every service is HIPAA compliant, SOC 2 certified, or suitable for every regulated use. Those requirements must be verified in the specific contract and architecture.
Control review
We map the queue, the people, the systems, and the exceptions. Then we show you whether it needs an offshore team, a specialist hire, or an AI workforce.
